We felt a personal relationship with him, like a good friend, even though we had just met him. And of course he did a great job in getting our house under contract very quickly.

Working with Robby to purchase my first home was a dream. As a first-time home-buyer, I was initially anxious and full of questions. There were many aspects of the process that seemed confusing and intimidating at first, especially with how rapidly the housing market has changed within the past few years. However, Robby was always quick to answer any questions that I had, and provided plenty of resources to help ease my nerves and make the process seamless. During the stressful times of waiting to hear news on a pending offer, Robby went above and beyond at communicating and sharing any updates that he received as soon as he received them. Although I faced a couple of rejected offers in the beginning of my search, Robby remained persistent and vigilant in helping to identify other potential properties within my ideal price range/location until we were able to find the perfect match. He maintained a positive, kind, patient, and supportive demeanor throughout our entire time working together, and I could truly sense his passion and drive for helping people find their perfect places to call home. I cannot recommend working with Robby enough to anyone that is searching for their next home! It was such a wonderful experience!

He worked with me every step of the way on my journey of finding and buying a condo and then selling my home. He checked in with me throughout, he had open houses upon my request every Saturday and Sunday for months while we waited for a buyer, he made sure every i was dotted and every t crossed so we did not miss a beat. He told me from the beginning that he is available 24-7 if I ever had any concerns or questions. And I believe that he would have been there.
