Robby is a true professional and an absolute joy to work with. He helped my husband and I every step of the way--from explaing how to look for houses to closing on our first home. He answered my (honestly numerous) questions, no matter how silly some of them might have seemed. As someone new to both homeownership and the Midwest, I was unaware of what to consider in basements and snowy environments. Robby made himself available mornings, evenings, weekends, you name it! I don't think we would have found our dream home if it wasn't for his dedication to helping us, no matter the day or time. I can't recommend Robby enough, especially for newbies who have no idea how to even begin.

Robby was exceptional, both in his understanding of the property, and of the process of buying a condo which was new to us. The listing agent did not advise the estate sellers of getting their Father's mail forwarded, so every day after closing, we received the previous owner mail. Robby was kind enough to pick up the saved mail yesterday so the listing agent could forward it to the previous owners daughter's for their attention. We also received mail for the previous owner today. There were items missing, including the key to open up the whole house generator enclosure. Small details, but irritants nonetheless. No slight on Robby who did an excellent job.
